Student/Teacher IDs - Request now!

SCCS Student and Parent IDs are being provided again this year for any families who want them. The deadline for submitting your photos and forms is Friday, July 27. See details for photo and form options dependent upon whether or not you and your family are attending the SCCS Parent Meeting on July 17. Student and parent IDs are not mandatory. 

 

**If you are attending the SCCS Parent Meeting on July 17, we will have a photographer available to take pictures of you and your children (and your spouse if you both want ID cards). Please print and fill out the attached request form (leave the school only portion in the top right corner blank, please) and bring it to the meeting along with the people who need to have their pictures taken. 

 

**If you are unable to attend the SCCS yearly parent meeting on July 17, please fill out the ID request form that was emailed to you, and submit to me (sccscasey@gmail.com) via email a photograph of each person (file names should match the names on the form) for whom you are requesting an ID card. Required photographs must be front-facing, non-blurry, plain background pictures of each student and/or teacher. (What would be appropriate for any standard, passport- photo ID). They must be in .jpg or .png format and no larger than 3MB.

 

***If you do not turn in a form or have your photograph taken at the meeting, the deadline for this school year for submitting photographs and the form via email to me (sccscasey@gmail.com) is Friday, July 27.  If you wish to receive an ID for this school year, I must receive your completed form and photos no later than the end of the day on July 27th. ID Cards will be mailed no later than August 10 to the address each family indicates on your completed request form.
