What's better than finding a great used treasure or clothes item at the Thrift Store? How about when you find that item for FREE?!
Come to our first SCCS Share Your Stuff - Clothing, Book and Toy Exchange. Minimal prep is required! Bring items that you need to clean out of your home (clothes for any age, and toys with some life left in them, books or homeschool supplies you do not need). Get ready to put them out to let others sort through!
The rules are:
If you're setting up items to give away, please be ready by 10:00. Books, toys, clothes, etc. are all great to bring!
Items should be presentable enough that you would consider taking them from another donor; i.e. broken toys or stinky socks are not presentable.
You may take from others as you find things that suit your family's needs. No limit but please be considerate of others.
No money required.
You will have a space to set items out, indoors. (Thanks to Michelle for asking her church to let us use it for this event!)
Children obviously welcome, but please supervise and even hang out afterward to play and eat lunch together!
*All items remaining can be donated to the Grace KIein Community Clothes Closet and Donation Room or you can take them back home. :-)
