We have a great opportunity to again host a debate club through our school. Debate is open to 6th grade and up. Coach Skip Coulter has decades of experience coaching middle and high school to college level students in the art of debate. He will cover basic principles, techniques, and practice with the kids, who will learn to prepare arguments, and to share with confidence in a situation where they need to defend their beliefs or convictions.
There is an interest meeting to hear more from him about the goals, assignments and time commitment. We will meet in bldg C at 3:00 on Wednesday Sept. 4. Please come with your students to learn more!
