Beginning Chess Club will meet on Thursdays at Shelby Crossings from August 17 - September 21 from 2:00-3:00. Cost is $10 per class, with a $5 discount for additional students in a family. Please RSVP to register your student. Teacher is SCCS senior Alton Summers, who has three years of experience and has placed first in the 2023 U1200 Alabama State High School Chess Championship.
