On and around Patriots Day (9/11), we try to make a few thank you cards and treats to deliver to our local law enforcement officers, firemen, and paramedics to thank them for the work they do to serve our community year round. This is one of our favorite ways to love on these public servants. This date serves as a very real reminder of how much we should be grateful for and is something my family enjoys doing annually. You can pick any police or fire station, or ambulance base near you to visit. We are always greeted so warmly and I am sure you will be as well!
