We can now issue teacher and student photo ID cards for the 2016-2017 school year. Once you have completed your enrollment or re-enrollment process, you will be eligible to receive a teacher ID card and student ID cards for each enrolled student.
If you wish to receive your IDs before a certain date, please note the schedule below. ID cards can only be issued to your family once we have received photographs via email for you and each of your students. Photographs submitted must be less than 100MB, in .png, .gif, .jpeg, or .jpg format, and be a forward facing, clearly identifiable photo of only the student or teacher, with a plain background. No blurry or grainy photos, group photos,or non front facing photos will be accepted. Please send your photos via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cards will be issued on the following dates for enrolled families once you have sent a photograph for each student and for you as a teacher.
All photos received on or before ID Cards issued by
07/01/2016 or later date of mandatory SCCS beginning of the year meeting
*Cards issued in June and July will be mailed to the address listed in your enrollment.
**If you submit photos after June 30th and are unable to attend the beginning of the year meeting, cards will be mailed out after the meeting.
***If you need a replacement card due to loss or damage, you will be responsible for postage and a $2 replacement fee per card.
