This year is zooming by, and we are almost to the halfway point of this semester! I am amazed at how springlike the weather is, and the kids in my house definitely have spring fever. Because of the busy pace and fun planned for this afternoon (you should come join us!) this is a short and sweet newsletter of reminders! :-)

Homeschool 101

10 Tuesday 7:00 Homeschool 101 – Invite friends interested in homeschooling to ask questions, and really hear the pros and cons from the parents who have some experience, as well as go deeper for info on issues you may be having on your journey. This is a relaxed opportunity to really ask any question you have, or bring up any topic to discuss!

Optional Standardized Testing

April 16, 17, 19, 23, 24, 26 and 30 are the dates we will be offering standardized testing this year. Testing will take 3 half days for most students and will be at Shelby Crossings in Calera. Students are allowed to bring water and a healthy snack and will be given multiple short restroom and activity breaks in between segments of the test, which are untimed.Watch for details coming this week hopefully.
