Join us as we take our upper elementary students on a trip to Tannehill State Park! We will all meet at the main entrance and explore the park together. This will not be a guided tour so you will only need to pay the small entrance fee to the state park: $5 per adult (12 years & up) $3 per child (6-11 years) $4 (seniors 62 & up) children 5 years & under are free. Plan to meet a few minutes before 10 am, we will start our walk around 10 am and finish around 11:30/12pm and then have lunch. Feel free to spend the day if you like after BHC has lunch together.
We will walk the park together, exploring the cabins and the history behind them. We will also tour the old ironworks part of the park & much more! There is a playground and picnic tables where we will have lunch and fellowship at the end. Feel free to bring bikes or scooters if you like! Please RSVP to let us know how many people to expect!
