Dear SCCS families,
I am repeating this verse often lately: "...let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, looking to Jesus..."
The finish line approaches!! While you are certainly able to schedule your school year anyway you wish, most of us will finish up this month, which is exciting! If you are done in May, continuing a bit longer, or school year round, I pray your family will finish strong.
Our family appreciates your prayers as my husband and I prepare to go with our daughter to serve again in Swaziland, Africa with a ministry we've partnered with for about five years. We will visit with two other SCCS families while we are there, as they serve as full-time missionaries. We will leave our three sons here with various friends and family members for those two weeks, and especially would value your prayers for them while we are literally halfway around the world for them. We leave the day after SCCS graduation too, so it is a hectic few weeks ahead!
We are working now on scheduling activities for next school year so please submit field trip or other activity ideas to Casey Tatum at sccscasey@gmail.com so that we can plan events in which a great number of our families are interested in participating. We value your input!
